Chef Evan Dickinson

A GTA native, Evan attended Chef School at George Brown college where he honed theoretical and experiential skills to set him up for a robust career in the culinary industry.   Upon graduation Evan was swiftly hired by Centro;  as a saucier at Centro by the Hill in Collingwood then he was promoted to chef at Centro in Toronto.  Chef Evan Dickinson became synonymous with notable cuisine and restaurateurs were taking note.  Impressive tenures at King West fixture Crush Wine Bar and Buonanotte followed before Marbl owner, Peter Girges, recruited Dickinson as Executive Chef and the rest is history.  Evan played an integral role in the launch of Mademoiselle Raw Bar & Grill. “I was excited by the concept.  Raw food incorporates a broader flavour profile.”  Evan’s menus are defined by a well-rounded array of locally sourced and market fresh offerings.
